Hosting and technical information
This website is hosted by SuperHosting.BG EOOD, 5 Nikola Tesla Str., 4th floor, Sofia, Bulgaria. When you visit the website, the host processes technical connection information, including your IP address, access time, requested resources, HTTP status, transferred data volume, referring page and browser information. This supports delivery of the website, troubleshooting and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure operation of the website.
Contact form, email and inquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address, requested cleaning service and message. Required fields are marked. Without the information needed to answer your inquiry, we may be unable to process it. Please provide only information necessary for your inquiry.
Form information is sent to cleanteamramstein@gmail.com to process your inquiry. Advanced CF7 DB may additionally store it in the website database. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related inquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other inquiries, based on our legitimate interest in answering your message. Recipients include the people handling your inquiry and the hosting and email service providers involved.
Our mailbox uses Google’s Gmail service. Google may process information outside the European Economic Area. Details about the Google companies involved, privacy and international transfer safeguards are available in the Google Privacy Policy and Data Transfer Frameworks.
Cookies and your choices
The website stores your language choice and your decision about optional services. WPConsent provides these choices in the cookie banner. You can accept, reject or select optional services and change your decision later through the cookie settings. Strictly necessary storage supports the functions you request; optional services require your prior consent. The legal bases are Section 25(2) TDDDG for necessary storage, or Section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for optional services.
External services and links
Google Analytics is currently disabled. Google Maps is not embedded automatically: you visit Google’s external service only when you open a map link. Social network links also lead to external providers whose privacy notices apply to the subsequent visit.
The AddToAny sharing function is included as an optional service requiring consent. When activated, technical connection information may be sent to the provider, including outside the European Economic Area. See the AddToAny Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings, with effect for the future.
Retention
Retention depends on the time needed to handle your inquiry, any subsequent contractual relationship, legal retention duties and the need to establish or defend legal claims. Technical logs and backups support secure operation and recovery. Their retention depends on their purpose and the necessary security and recovery periods.
Your rights
Where the legal conditions are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You can withdraw consent at any time for the future; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not use your inquiries for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Please send privacy requests to the contact details above. You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Rhineland-Palatinate.
